How is a specific home chosen for a social media spotlight?

PRIME VACATIONS' Marketing team has several criteria that must be met when determining which property or unit is featured on social media and at what time.

  • Priority is always given first to Homes on the current Project 200 list.
  • When a newly onboarded property is fully ready to share and its listing is published with professional photos and confirmed onsite amenities, we then place it in the queue to highlight it on our social media platforms.

*Exceptions are made for new properties only if the property owner declines professional photos. Marketing strongly recommends professional photos to help the home stand out amongst the local competition, improve a new listing's ranking on OTA channels, and increase bookings.

  • The marketing team monitors when a home in our existing catalog has been refreshed or upgraded and new professional photos are delivered. These will be posted and featured as our social calendar timeline allows.
  • Next, we consider any requests that have been submitted via Marketing Support Tickets. When creating one, please share the specific reason you are asking for it. This will assist us with expediting your request.
