When Onboarding a new property, it is imperative to have accurate unit information and amenities checked from the moment it is "pushed live." Here's how to select the correct amenities.
*The following Categories are all you will need to work in, Marketing will complete the rest.
Please do not alter anything in these sections: Marketing Only Search Amenities, Reservations Team - Search Amenities, Community Amenities, OTA - Vrbo & Airbnb, General, Accessibility.
AMENITY CATEGORIES

*A certain amount of inherited amenities will be present and "grayed out" when you are working in a specific Unit Profile. This means it is coming from a higher location Node in Track, and all units have this item present.
*Only select the most fitting amenity option. For example, the "Fishing Dock" amenity will be less desirable if the "Private Boat Dock" is available for guest use. While, yes, you can technically fish off a boat dock, it is not to be chosen if a better option is present. If you have questions, please email sarah.evans@primevacations.com for clarification.
Amenity Category: Exterior
*This section is for Private Exterior Amenities to the specific Unit ONLY.
For example: Do not select "pool" if the pool access is not private to the unit, and is instead a shared Exterior Amenity. Shared Community Amenities will be selected in a separate category.
